Rackensack Folklore Society
Pulaski County Chapter, Little Rock, AR

Dedicated to preserving and promoting old-time traditional folk music.
Rackensack meets the FIRST MONDAY of every month
Historic Cox Building on the campus of the Little Rock Main Library
Library Square, 100 Rock Street, downtown Little Rock
6:30 pm
Bring your instrument (acoustic only please) and share some old time music! We begin with a Hoedown that is open to all member musicians, followed by an "open-mic" style program with presentations limited to 1-2 tunes per musician. We invite not only musical performances, but also storytelling and dancing. All in keeping with the traditions of the Ozark Mountain, old time style of music. Our meetings are free and open to the public, however, musicians/presenters must be members.
Annual memberships are available at the door for $10/per person. (Cash or check only) Come join the family!
